Pumps, fans, blowers, compressors, gearboxes and the shafts and couplings that join them, rotating equipment is where small errors get expensive. A coupling out by a few thou, a bearing run past its life, an unbalanced fan: each shows up as vibration, heat and noise long before it shows up as a failure, if someone's measuring.

Precision shaft alignment, bearing and seal replacement, and full overhauls to OEM specification, with balancing and vibration analysis arranged through specialist providers when needed. Rotating Equipment Questions
Do you do shaft alignment?
Yes. Precision shaft alignment on pump, fan and drive trains is core to what we do. Good alignment is the cheapest way to extend bearing and seal life, and it's where a lot of 'mystery' vibration comes from.
Can you balance a fan or impeller?
We arrange balancing through specialist providers, and handle the removal, refit and alignment ourselves.
Can you overhaul pumps and gearboxes?
Yes. Full strip-down, inspection, bearing and seal replacement and rebuild to OEM specification, on-site or in workshop depending on the unit.
How do I know if my rotating equipment needs attention?
Rising vibration, heat, noise or a creeping increase in power draw are the usual early signs. Inspection and oil sampling turn those symptoms into a clear picture before a bearing or seal lets go.
