Seals Changed Before They Fail
Hygienic valves cycle thousands of times a day through product and CIP. Seals wear, seats harden and actuators drift, and a failed seal is a product quality risk, not just a leak. OMS services hygienic valves and actuators on a schedule, so seals are changed before they fail rather than after.
Our tradespeople bring field service experience with a global industrial valve manufacturer, across dairy, brewing and beverage processing, including valve servicing at a major South East Queensland brewery. We work to your hygiene rules: food-safe lubricants, the right elastomers for your product and cleaning chemicals, and clean, documented hand-back.
Every valve we service gets an OMS service tag recording the seal material and the service year, so your team can see at a glance what is in each valve and when it is due again.

Hygienic Valve Questions
Who can service hygienic valves in South East Queensland?
OMS services hygienic process valves and actuators for food, beverage, brewing and dairy plants across South East Queensland, including Yatala and the northern Gold Coast, Brisbane, Ipswich and Moreton Bay.
What brands of hygienic valve do you work on?
We work on the main hygienic valve brands, including SPX FLOW (APV, Waukesha), GEA, Alfa Laval, Keystone, Pentair Südmo, Kieselmann, Definox, GEMÜ and Bürkert, and most others used in food and beverage processing.
How often should hygienic valve seals be changed?
It depends on the valve, the product, temperatures and CIP chemicals. Most plants change seals on an annual or more frequent schedule. We set the interval with you based on duty and what we find at each service.
What is on the OMS service tag?
The tag records the seal material (EPDM, Nitrile, Silicone, FKM/Viton, PTFE or hard seat) and the year the valve was serviced, so your team knows what is fitted and when it is due.
Do you service divert valves?
Yes. Divert valve (diverter valve) seals are notoriously hard to fit and easily damaged without the right tools. We use specialist seal tooling, so seals go on undamaged and the job takes a fraction of the time.
Can you supply seal kits?
Yes. We can identify and supply seal kits and spares for your valves ahead of planned work.
