Fewer Surprises, Less Downtime
Most breakdowns give warning first: a weeping seal, a noisy bearing, a belt starting to track off. A maintenance contract puts trade qualified fitters in front of your plant on a regular schedule, so those warnings get caught and fixed on your terms, not at 2am in the middle of a production run.
We walk your plant, agree a scope and schedule that suits your production, then turn up as planned. After every visit you get clear notes on what was done, what we found and what needs attention next, so your plant history builds up visit to visit.
Contracts can cover a single machine or a whole site, and anything from monthly checks to a full annual program.

We agree the scope, visit frequency and pricing (quote, schedule of rates or purchase order), planned around your production.
Visit and report
We turn up as planned, do the work, and send clear notes on what was done and what is coming up.
Defects and follow-up
Defects we find are reported with photos and a priority, then quoted as a variation, added to the next visit or built into your shutdown scope.

Maintenance Contract Questions
How much does a maintenance contract cost?
It depends on the equipment, the scope and how often we visit. We walk the plant first, then price it the way that suits you: a fixed quote, a schedule of rates or against your purchase order. Anything outside the agreed scope is submitted as a variation before we do it.
Is my site big enough for a contract?
Yes. A contract can cover one critical machine or a whole site. It is built around what you need, not a minimum size.
Can you work to our maintenance system?
Yes. We can work to your work orders and record findings in the format your maintenance system needs.
Where do you offer maintenance contracts?
Across South East Queensland: Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay, the Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Caboolture and Gympie.
