Fitters Who Know Mine Sites
Mine maintenance runs on tight windows, strict systems and equipment that punishes shortcuts. We only put trade qualified fitters on mine sites, and our tradespeople have worked both underground and on surface operations, on FIFO rosters and on shutdowns.
Between them they have built, torn down and remediated longwall equipment, changed out roof support leg cylinders, fault found underground, supervised overland conveyor upgrades, and maintained dozers, haul trucks, excavators and loaders in the workshop and the pit.
They work to your permit-to-work, isolation, JHA/JSA, SWMS and Take 5 systems as a matter of course. For niche scopes we bring in tradespeople with specialist experience in that equipment.

Longwall
Builds, teardowns, overhauls and remediation, including leg cylinder change-outs and hydraulic work on roof supports.
Conveyors & fixed plant
Conveyor upgrades, drives, pulleys and structure, plus pumps, gearboxes and rotating plant.
Heavy mobile plant
Servicing, breakdowns and component change-outs on dozers, haul trucks, excavators, loaders and graders.
Shutdowns & projects
Planned stops, upgrades and project work, with supervision of mechanical crews when you need it.
Site ready
Tickets held across our team include Standard 11 (surface and underground coal), Coal Board Medical, Queensland Coal Mining Supervisor (S123 / G189) and G1, G2, G8 and G9 competencies. We match tickets to your site and obtain additional tickets as required.
Safety systems
Used to working on high-risk sites under permit-to-work, isolation, JHA/JSA, SWMS and Take 5 systems, with clean documentation at hand-back.

Do your fitters hold Standard 11?
Tickets held across our team include Standard 11 (surface and underground coal), Coal Board Medical, Queensland Coal Mining Supervisor (S123 / G189) and G1, G2, G8 and G9 competencies. We match tickets to your site and obtain additional tickets as required.
Do you work FIFO?
Yes. Our tradespeople work FIFO rosters on Queensland operations, and we take on shutdown and project work anywhere in Australia.
Can you supply supervision as well as fitters?
Yes. Our tradespeople have supervised mechanical crews on mine shutdowns and projects, coordinating the work, safety and hand-back.
Do you work underground?
Yes. Our team includes fitters with underground coal experience, including longwall maintenance and fault finding.
Will you work to our safety systems?
Yes. We work to your permit-to-work, isolation, JHA/JSA, SWMS and Take 5 systems and site standards, and can send ticket copies with your quote.
