Brewery Experience, Food-Grade Standards

A brewery lives and dies on its process lines. A weeping valve seat, a tired pump seal or a divert valve that does not seal properly costs product, cleaning time and sometimes a whole batch. OMS provides trade qualified mechanical fitters for brewery maintenance across South East Queensland, from brewhouse and cellar to packaging.

Our tradespeople have serviced valves at a major South East Queensland brewery, so CIP circuits, valve clusters, divert valves and hygienic pumps are familiar ground. We work to your hygiene, allergen and product safety rules as well as your permit-to-work, isolation, JHA/JSA, SWMS and Take 5 systems.

We work with independent craft breweries and large production plants alike, from the Brisbane and Moreton Bay brewing hubs to the Gold Coast, Yatala and the Sunshine Coast. Smaller breweries often have no maintenance team of their own, so a scheduled visit from a trade qualified fitter keeps valves, pumps and packaging plant in order.

For planned shutdowns we travel further. Our tradespeople have worked brewery and beverage shutdowns across Australia and in New Zealand, joining your crew for the stop and handing back on time.
