Dairy processing is unforgiving. A seal that has started to break down, a valve seat that weeps, or a pump that has lost its clearances is a food safety risk long before it is a breakdown. OMS provides trade qualified mechanical fitters for dairy plant maintenance, with the hygienic valve and process experience the work needs.
Our tradespeople come from food and beverage processing and from field service for a global industrial valve manufacturer. We work to your hygiene, allergen and product safety rules, and plan work into your cleaning and production windows.
We look after the mechanical side of the plant. Where a job needs a specialist, such as a homogeniser or separator overhaul, we bring one in and coordinate the work.
For planned shutdowns we travel further. Our tradespeople have worked dairy and food plant shutdowns across Australia and in New Zealand, for some of the largest dairy and food processors in both countries.
