Quarry Maintenance Questions
Do you cover both fixed plant and mobile plant at a quarry?
Yes, that's a real advantage of using OMS. The same contractor maintains your crushers, screens and conveyors and services the excavators and loaders feeding them, so you're not juggling two providers.
Can you do crusher liner and screen media changeouts?
Yes. Liner, mantle and screen media changeouts are routine for us, and we can plan them around your production using wear tracking rather than running to failure.
Can you help with a quarry breakdown?
Most of our work is planned, but we'll always try to help. Call with the machine and the symptoms and we'll give you an honest timeframe.
Can you set up a planned maintenance program for our site?
Yes. We'll build a program around your plant, wear rates and production schedule, with documented inspections and planned changeouts to cut unplanned downtime.
