Crusher Maintenance Questions
Do you do liner and mantle changeouts on-site?
Yes. Liner, mantle and concave changes are core crusher work and we carry them out on your site to minimise the downtime. We can also plan changeouts around your production schedule based on wear tracking.
Can you respond to a crusher breakdown?
Yes. A stopped crusher stops the whole circuit, so we treat it as a priority. Call with the machine type and the symptoms and we'll give you a realistic response time.
Which crusher brands do you work on?
Jaw, cone, impact and gyratory machines across the common brands: Sandvik, Metso, Terex, Powerscreen and others. The mechanical principles carry across brands.
Can you set up a planned crusher maintenance program?
Yes. Planned wear-part changeouts, bearing and drive servicing and lubrication checks scheduled around your operation are far cheaper than an unplanned stoppage in the middle of a shift.
