The Whole Process Line, One Contractor
A processing plant is a chain of equipment, and the weakest link sets the output. OMS provides trade qualified mechanical fitters for the whole line: the process valves and actuators, the pumps that move product, the heat exchangers, and the conveyors, gearboxes and drives in between.
Our tradespeople come from food and beverage, mining, power generation and industrial processing, including field service for a global industrial valve manufacturer. They know how to work around production, product safety and strict permit-to-work, isolation, JHA/JSA, SWMS and Take 5 systems.
We can support your maintenance team, take on a defined scope, or run a scheduled program with written notes after every visit.

Do you service process valves?
Yes. We service, overhaul and replace process and control valves and actuators, including hygienic valves for food and beverage plants.
Can you work around our production schedule?
Yes. We plan work around production, use planned stops where we can, and work to your permits and product safety rules.
Do you offer scheduled maintenance for process plants?
Yes. We can set up a maintenance contract with scheduled visits and written notes, priced as a quote, schedule of rates or against your purchase order.
